Gluten Free Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts

Oh, how I love fall. I wish that it didn’t lead to cold Canadian winters! As I enter into a healthier version of myself, I have experimented with healthier options. These gluten-free pumpkin spice protein donuts were such a hit at my yoga studio. I will be making a ton of these babies in the future! Here is the kicker: they taste exactly like a really naughty, fat-filled donut. It usually takes me a few tries when I am recipe developing, but I nailed it the first time! Why change a really good thing?
